Yes, you get 1 lb I think, I usually make up approx 1 gallon/12 litres with this much and it covers that much fabric

Q: Would this solution make permanent an image printed onto fabric & could that fabric be washed?

Unsure, if using fiber reactive dyes then yes, otherwise I don’t know

Q: Can you put it in the washing machine?

Fabric needs a longer soak than a washing machine would give.
