Good quality item
Great item. Fast delivery by Royal Mail. Nice solid wood handle and lighter in weight than expected but that is perfect for me. Build quality is perfect and functionality should also be perfect for my needs. Not actually used it yet as bought for a project. It will get plenty if use and it should last.

Not new?
It arrived in time, and in one piece, however the condition is poor. I was expecting a new mallet, however this one has either been returned as damaged and resold, or is just poorly made-the rubber is damaged, and although it still does the job, I was expecting a new product to arrive, so this was a surprise.
