THIS RUTIN is a MUST if you suffer from easy bruising. Medications can cause this type of bruising, thin skin, aging skin or just bruising from bumping into something. After reading everything about RUTIN this product is living up to what it does. At first I was taking it wrong. I took 1 pill a day. After reading it again you take 2. Immediately, I saw the bruising dissipating faster than it had. I'm so glad I reread the label. I had read so many positive reviews that claimed it worked so fast. They were right. It does when taking the right dose. This is the worst of any other red bruising I have at the present. (Mine get very BAD) I'm hoping for clear arms soon. Due to medications I take every tiny bump creates these UGLY red bruised areas. Mostly my arms & hands get the bruises. I can't even wear my rings or bracelets because of the hard surface that presses into my skin.Also, I increased eating oranges & grapefruits for the vitamin C. The flavonoids in these citrus fruits reduce bruising. Pineapple is a good source of bromelain that aids in healing, too.Just buy this product you will be so happy you did!!! Bought this as a pill form because I heard the positive effects on internal hemorrhoids. My daughter informed me she was bleeding and didn't want to go to the doctors So I figured we would give it a try. My daughter is an adult by the way so can't force her to do something she doesn't want to do. Anyway, she tried the pill, and after 3 doses once a day the bleeding stopped. We were amazed and completely happy. It's been 3 weeks since she has been on the 450mg pills and no more bleeding. So I read up more about Rutin and it states that it helps with varicose veins and with spider veins which I have (spider veins) and the same effect for me 3 days after taking 1 dose a day I no longer have the burning sensation that woke me up periodically on a nightly basis because of the spider veins on my thighs. The spider veins were painful the area where they appeared on my thigh would become hot to the touch on the outside not to mention the pain I felt on the inside. I call this a miracle supplement. I will recommend it to anyone who has any of these issues. I hope I have helped someone or anyone debating on trying Rutin to do so, it really does help. Now I can see the spider veins on my thighs but they are getting lighter and don't ever hurt.

I've suffered from hemorrhoids for YEARS and it was difficult for me to accept there is no real cure. I've tried countless "remedies" but nothing made a difference, some things made it worse. I had given up on finding anything that actually works until I read the reviews on this product and tried Rutin for myself.If you suffer from hemorrhoids, I strongly suggest buying this now. It really helps! This product makes them feel almost completely gone. My pain level while using the restroom went from a 9/10 to a 1/10 or 0. For me personally, it took about 2 weeks to start working, but having struggled with the pain for years, another 2 weeks was no biggie. I started off with 1 capsule a day, then after a week started taking 2 a day with lots of water.UPDATE: I can confirm they came back when I stopped taking Rutin and when I started eating fast food all again. I will continue to buy this forever because it makes my life normal again. Buying this every couple months is a small price to pay for feeling good and not suffering every time you sit down in the restroom. Before trying this product, the only other thing that made a small difference (barely) was eating tons of vegetables/high fiber diet. Now I eat lots of veggies, limit fast food & sugar, and take this Rutin daily. I can't believe it, it really works.
