Very good. I tend to stretch the band a lot when angry, so it does seem like it could snap if pulled strong enough (I'm a big guy, so for an average person shouldn't be a problem).I'm glad that you get multiple bands, so now I can wear 2 instead of just 1. Wearing 2 allows me to pull much harder without the fear of snapping the bands.The band does stretch quite a bit (about 3x the size) and does give a fairly strong snapping sensation if you're into that kind of kinky stuff.

I have them around my zoom lenses to stop the lens from creeping out on hikes. Does the job!

I wanted these to help with pain. But they are not really stretchy enough and way too big. They fell off my wrist. I won’t return them. Maybe my cat will like them….
