Excellent Pure Marine Collegen Capsules

After using this for 3 months. It does help build collagen as long as you have a low carbs diet have plenty of natural Vitamin C

Effective for me
Use these in conjunction with glucosamine Started using to see if it could help joints and hands from feeling stiff Looked into what it should do and found that the body as you get older reduces the amount of collagen it produces and therefore the “oil” between joints so gave it a go I’m about a year or so and it has helped my grip is now better than before and joints have improved I know that the body is using it as I now need to cut my nails regularly! So I wouldn’t stop taking it Only use marine collagen if you are thinking of trying it Note I have not been diagnosed with any arthritis so this was purely self help

Could be working already
My mother has dodgy knees, both of which have required operations as she enters her 70s. Over the last few years, I have noticed one of my knees is a bit suspect, giving way as I go upstairs or more worryingly as I was climbing down a Mayan temple in Mexico, causing me to literally go flying. Anyway, I purchased these to see if I could stave off the inevitable. I suspected I'd need to take them for about 6 months to see any benefit, however I have just finished the first bottle (3 months supply) and I have noticed a marked improvement in my stair climbing ability. Fewer twinges and less winces. 2nd bottle acquired. Fingers crossed.

Made a difference to hair, nails and skin
I think this product had really improved my hair, nails and skin. You've got to give it chance to work, I would say 3 months. I just take one of these a day
