Serta Big & Tall Commercial Office Chair with Memory Foam (Black)

I don’t consider myself to be big or tall. 6’ 200#. I order this chair thinking I’d have room to move around. It feels like a normal sized chair. It does support more weight than normal chairs but overall, it’s not much bigger. Other than that, it is comfy. Huge upgrade over what I had and my bottom is thankful.

Its ok...nothing spectacular.. a month later and still breaking it in. Not the most comfortable chair I've had but over all does look good and seems well built.

It’s pretty good. Doesn’t go as low as I would like but it’s comfortable. I replaced the provided casters with rollerblade casters and they make a huge difference. It’s silent and glides like a cloud.

Many of the chairs sold these days remind me of an economy class seat in your favorite torture chamb....uh airline. This one is wide and comfy and feels quite solid. Assembly is not a problem.

We had this chair for 2 years. Recently, the connection totally broke apart and pulled out of the seat where the front of the arm connects to the seat so that now the seat back will no longer stay upright, as it appears the arm assembly was holding the back in place. I contacted the seller to see if there was any warranty left, and they would not contact me back.

This is the 2nd one that I have bought. I have 1 @ home and then bought this one for work. The chair is very comfortable.

And I am already looking for a new chair to buy. Super noisy chair. The so-called memory foam padding is as flat as a pancake. It feels I am sitting on the floor. The back is not as supportive either. One star for the bonded (fake) leather material - it hasn't dried out nor it's peeling.

Seems good so far. It's comfortable.
