I bought the salt and pepper thumb grinders from Fletcher’s Mill and wanted a base to corral them. Fletcher’s Mill has some wonky metal stand for them (and the reviews aren’t great), so I found this one. The fit is perfect diameter-wise. I wish the base were slightly taller so the mills were more secure, given their height/weight ratio, as it makes lifting the trio a little precarious. But it gets the job done and has the thoughtful addition of silicone cabinet bumper dots on the bottom to keep it from ice skating across the table. If there’s ever a 2.0 version of this (hint hint) that’s twice as high so passing the set down the table is less of a nail-biter, I’ll gladly repurchase.

I liked the grinders so much that I bought three and the stand to keep them handy when cooking or at the table. We buy different flavored salts and like to have a variety available for use with different foods. This size grinder and the stand make it easy to have salt options available at the ready. The size is not too big so it is easy to empty and changeout a flavor at any time. Several months ago we bought a salt sampler set that brought several salt flavors, but we did not start using it until we had these grinders to keep the salts handy and organized. I peeled off the labels from the sampler viles and put them on my grinders and it keeps my flavors organized. The grinders and the stand look sharp and feel like they are durable. Also, the customer service at Grind Gourmet was outstanding and resolved an issue we had with an order very quickly. Very happy with the seller and the product.

I have the slim salt & pepper grinders from Crate&Barrel and I needed a holder because I drop them all the time and this design is just perfect to it! I really love the shiny and good quality and the good support of my grinders, the silicone on the bottom help no sliding, and not to mention looks really good on my dinner table! Thank you:)

This is a must have if you purchase the salt and pepper shakers. The shakers leak and leave a messOn your table without the stand.

I purchase a less expensive salt and pepper mill but got this as a stand for them. They fit perfectly and I love the stand. Very happy!I will be buying more stands and S and P mill sets for Christmas gifts.

I had previously purchased the Pump & Grind salt and pepper dispensers and needed a stand to properly display and prevent them from being knocked over. I temporarily used various containers as a substitute and even considered trying to craft my own device until I my sister told me that there was a clear acrylic stand especially designed for the dispensers. It as perfect; clear, understated and very stable and looks terrific on my table.

Works great with the Fletcher’s Mill / Williams-Sonoma versions as well.

Expensive when bought piece-meal like this. Try to find a set that has this piece included. It catches the stray grindings from landing on the table. Keep away from heat though. It's just acrylic so it will "melt".
