Q: What are the outside dimensions of this bag?

I don't have a lot of kit in mine currently so it's not really bulging but I make it 32cm high x 26cm wide at the base (narrowing at the top) x 20cm deep (15cm for the main body plus another 5cm of the front pocket when full). Not sure if you're worried about this but the straps and top carry handle add perhaps a few extra centimeters.

Q: Will this bag hold two bodies and at least three lenses and a flash?

My husband has just tried 2 dslr cameras 1 with a 300mm attached and 2 other lenses and there is plenty of room for a flash gun and other bits and pieces if required

Front pocket is 160mm by 200mm. Rear pocket (the side that goes against your back) is 210mm by 210mm, fairly tight. I wouldn't know about packing a tablet, I don't have one. What you could do is order it and if it's "no go" return it. Cheers.
