For the pain and circulation on my legs

This stuff is really good. So helpful when doing physical therapy. Also good for pouring into small bottles and sticking in your purse and on the living room table, etc for spraying to help reduce pain flares. The only drawback is the smell, which is kinda strong and does linger. However, my significant other says I'm less cranky after I put it on, so it's worth putting up with! I do recommend this, because it will last you through your pt and beyond and noticeably reduces aches and pains. It does have a fantastic cooling sensation on application which seems to increase your range of motion. I've been using it for years and it remains effective.
