Hi .as it's written in product description 1dose delivers amount of b12 which can lasts for 40 days. It mean 1 has 40 doses = over 4 yars right ?

I take 4 squirts a day as supposed to and I know it helps me.

I get hydroxocobalamin jabs for pernicious anaemia. can’t at the moment. i see this is methycobalamin. will i be okay to use this until gp resumes?

Yes! My mother has pernicious anaemia are her level after 6 months of this was higher than her average level on the GP injections! The nurse advised her to keep taking these during lockdown as she hasn't had the jab all year! Highly recommended!
