It packs plenty of CPU/RAM for most intensive works. SSD is fast, system boots in few seconds and wakes up from standby in 1-second. As you see out of the box, you get 437 GB free space (can add more/bigger SSD if one needs, I have 16TB external NAS to store all photos/videos). It is small (notice my raspberry pi4 in background) very silent, hardly hear anything. I connected it to 34-inch 4K monitor, after quick/easy calibration colors just pops out. Low Power Consumption: while in standby/sleep it consumes 0.5W and while playing 4K video on youtube it uses 27W. Fast WiFi: I got 48 Mbps upload/download speed over WiFi, could have been better but this is plenty for me, will not be bothered to connect wired networking. Not sure if one is supposed to connect VESA mount over the stand, did it anyway and seem to be hiding it well behind the monitor (might look for some better way/adapter) or maybe attach it under the table. Overall, this is best value for your money and can do almost everything (except intense gaming, for that you need dedicated graphics card anyway).

This tiny PC is replacing my Lenovo M900 & I ended up buying this for the following reasons1. This matches the specs that I wanted2. This was on promotion and was priced wayy less than other name brands with this specs3. Compared to Lenovo Tiny PC, this is much Smaller in size with better specsWhat went wrong1. The fingerprint scanner did not work out of the box2. The HDMI ports did not work (when connected to a monitor)I reached out to their support, (weird they had a WhatsApp contact number that I had to scan ( it was in the sticker on the PC) But to my surprise, I got an immediate response back from them .I spoke to Lin and he was very much knowledgeable about the product and resolved the issues quicklyHe sent videos of config and articles on how to fix the issuesMy issues were all user errorHow was this solvedWRT the finger print reader – It had a very thin /slender sticker on it and technically it should have come with a removable flap unfortunately mine came with 2 stickers (usure why) . I removed the first sticker and I thought I was good But there was second one hiding below that was a snug fit and I had to use a tweezer to remove it. They admitted that it should not have been there though.WRT to Display – I was connecting from HDMI to Display Port. Lin told me Display port to HDMI always works without any need for special adapter ( source has to be display port). However HDMI to Display port will not work without an adapter. He sent me articles about the issue I am experiencing.I got the adapter (from amazon for $20) and things are running fine without any issuesUsageI use this mainly for office apps & Visio .. the Visio is RAM heavy. I added another 16gb RAM and this is running with 32 GB RAM now ..Overall, I am satisfied with the product and very happy with the support (fast & efficient). This can be a great PC for connecting to a projector or TV.What am I expectingMove all the display ports to USB C with PD, as that is the current standard (this will eliminate all the compatibility issues) add more USB C ports as wellI knew what I was buying so I am not complaining. (may be that’s why it is priced much lower than others).I have used this for little over a month and I will update this review if I face any issues with the PC (in future)

I purchased one in August 2022. Great performance/cost ratio. I checked different vendors including Costco, and it is hard to find i7 CPU with comparable memory and SSD at such a low price. An unusual feature is the included Windows 11 Pro which allows BitLocker file encryption for added security. Also, they have excellent post-sale support available by phone and by email. I prefer email ([email protected]) and found them to be very responsive. "Kin" from their support even included a video with steps to help figuring out my question. Attached photos show setup with a 4K monitor, and the compact size of the computer.

After my Previous PC had a problem with working with Designing Software, I looked for New one with High Performance for my web designing work. And this is awesome for what I needed them for.This comes with Pro version of window 11 and i installed couple of my Adobe Software Photoshop and Dreamweaver, which works flawless.I save lots of time and money. I just attached my previous PC Hard Drive with Hard Drive Cable that comes with this. I don't have to take backup and move data from previous PC.i am plus happy, with brackets and i am planning to attach in back of my monitor.I would like to say... this is great product for the money.

Have it for my boy’s birthday, he has ask for a computer that he can do homework and play some games with. After search I end up with this mini PC. It did not takes much space, it’s small, but capable for whatever he needs. When it first installed it may takes more than 10min, after that everything go smoothly, wasn’t making noise when it’s running which is nice. Great price value on similar products. Picture show nice and clear. He loves play Roblox with it.
