I purchased these to put into 1 of garden bird feeders, I only have a small garden but I have 8 feeders out there now with a variety of different foods to give the birds a choice of what they like & wanted to see how well these went down!. I will be 100% honest in that I was a little dissapointed in the size of the tub, For the cost of these I did expect it to be bigger but the birds really did love them & they emptied a whole feeder in just 1 day!. The 2nd time I used these I put them into a feeder that I usually put suet pellets in & for some strange reason a blackbird that is a very regular visitor (along with his wife!) Decided that whilst he did enjoy eating these that inbetween eating he was going to spit the dried melworms all over the floor! It wasn't just the odd 1 or 2 it was over half of the feeder contents!. I wasn't impressedd with him & I did tell him off but I figured that the next morning the smaller birds that always come in to feed would come along & eat them up off of the floor however I was in for a little surprise later that evening!..... Once it had turned dark a small but very handsome young hedgehog came in & scoffed up the whole lot from the floor! Despite knowing that hedgehogs are great lovers of bugs I'd never expected them to like dried mealworms! & the little hog obviously loved them!. It totally made my day that not only had the birds loved these but the hedgehog had too!. I put what was left from my little tub of mealworms into my hedgehog house for the hedgehog to eat when he next came back & to say sorry to Mr Blackbird for telling him off for throwing the mealworms all over my garden path i gave him some (Non salted) bacon rind the next morning as an extra special treat!. I'll deffinatley be buying meal worms again for both the birds & the hogs, I just sadly won't be ale to use them too often because of the price.

Só posso dar a minha opinião em relação qualidade/preço. Em sabor não, o produto é para as galinhas e elas parece terem gostado muito.

Prodotto non proprio economico ma molto gradito. È un piacere vedere in giardino gli uccellini che vanno a prendersi i vermi, specialmente a maggio quando hanno i piccoli da schiusa (siamo a 500mt slm) o, ancora di più, in inverno. Bagnati ridiventano morbidi e credo piu appetibili. Graditi almeno quanto le arachidi sbucciate, di cui gli uccellini (passeriformi, insettivori, etc) vanno matti. La mangiatoia (protetta da pioggia) va messa distante da eventuali nidi, altrimenti il via vai disturba la cova. Ne do anche qualche piccola quantità ai pesci rossi nel laghetto esterno PS non date mai il pane agli uccellini, è dannoso

Cibo fantastico per animali insettivori, io li do al mio riccio africano insieme a dei croccantini! ottima soluzione alle larve vive, ed ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. le larve si presentano secche e leggere, croccanti e friabili. dentro ho trovato pure delle pupe, o dei coleotteri ma è assolutamente normale in quanto vi è la stessa larva a mutare in pupa e poi coleottero. il tappo è ermetico se aperto bene, da conservare in un posto provo di umidità. le larve non hanno un buon odore, consiglio di tenere il tappo sempre chiuso anche per ridurre la possibilità di muffe o funghi. (sono pur sempre esseri biologici esposti a putrefazione)

Excellents , le pot à été vide en deux semaines ( merles , étourneaux , rouges gorges et mésanges en raffolent ) mais je n’en commande que vers la fin de l’hiver plus car un ornithologue avéré m’a indiqué que cela est mauvais de donner des vers de farine en hiver. En effet , les oiseaux confondent les saisons ( en hiver ils sont granivores et en été insectivores ). De ce fait , ils peuvent s’accoupler ( car la nidification a lieu au printemps été ) et donc ils peuvent pondre et avec le gel les bébés ne verront jamais le jour. Plusieurs nidifications ratées menacent donc les espèces. A ne donner que vers la fin de l’hiver et au printemps uniquement et arrêter l’été.

Parfait ! Ce produit correspond parfaitement à ce que j'attendais. J'ai posé une règle de 30 cm à côté du sachet pour confirmer sa taille. Et le volume est bien à la moitié de mon pot de 5L. À noter que le sachet est refermable par un zip. C'est l'aliment préféré de mes poules qui sont très (trop) friandes de ces vers de farine qui leur apportent des protéines supplémentaires pour des œufs encore meilleurs. Les crêtes de mes poules sont bien rouges depuis que je leur donne des vers séchés en plus du grain pour pondeuses. Commandé le dimanche après midi et livré en prime à domicile le lundi matin vers 10h30 avec suivi du livreur en temps réel sur l'appli ! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Le prix reste encore assez cher pour ce volume, mais reste quand même moins cher que ce que je trouve pour le moment dans les commerces de proximité.
