My son requires thickened liquids and while I like the tubs of purathick for at home, I think these mini packets are great for on the go. I keep several in my purse and diaper bag at all times just in case.

I returned it! After trying to break the lumps up, resorted to having to remove most of them with a fork.

Very convenient packages for travel. Not having to take the big "tub" is a nice change.

I bought this as an on-the-go thickener for my elderly mother. One packet is simply too much for small/medium size drinks offered in most restaurants. That is, unless you need to thicken drinks to pudding consistency. I've found that using less than half of a packet works for Mom's needs.It has no taste and no odor, so the drink itself is not affected, so no worries there. I do like the portability of the single serve packets, but beware, one packet is too much.
