Can you use it if you have no eyebrows

no good. it doesn't lift the eyebrows hair neither tint the skin

Does this product stain the skin also? I have used one in the past that it does and it leaves a nice shape so I'm looking for something similar!!

Yeah it does but I found it to be really runny, I only used this twice and binned it, I use the godefroy instant eyebrow tint now and find that this is 100% better and also stains the skin :)

It does dark brown but is it?...

Its actually darker more of a black
