Artesà Hammered Copper-Effect Fondue Pot

This is a great fondue pot, i thought it felt a little thin/flimsy when i first got it but you heat your fondue up on the stove in the pot first, then transfer to the stand and it kept our cheese very well heated/runny for the meal. An absolute pain in the a*** to clean after but that's the case with any fondue pot! Looked fab.

Love this!! Looks great and works perfectly. I'm not sure how people managed to burn theirs - I've used mine multiple times for oil and cheese fondue and not had any burns. Perhaps they didn't use the fuel correctly? Anyway, it is a great fondue set and looks GREAT! Very very happy. Also, it comes with sticks and a stand.

I love a good fondue and this is one of the nicest if not the nicest one I have ever bought. It looks so good, in fact too good to use and it smartens up any kitchen with that gleam copper products have! It certainly graces the dinner table. Great to use and thoroughly recommended!

It looked great, but I was worried that it was such a fly weight. Put it on my electric hob to heat up the oil and the base immediately bellowed out and was no longer flat so it made a really wobbly impression. Somewhat worried I took it off the hob and heated it using the little burner. Because it is so light I noticed that when the oil got hot and started to boil that the whole thing would rattle or jump quite violently. I am also worried about the handles which don't look very robust. If one breaks off you are in serious trouble. Also oil splashed out all over the place. Now you might say it is my incompetence but I have been fondue-ing for forty years with various makes, using various oils and never had this experience. If I wasn't too lazy it would be going back.

Mein Fondue kam gut verpackt und unversehrt an. Wie manche hier schreiben das das Material sehr dünn ( fast zum durchschauen ) sein soll …. Naja es ist nur knapp 1millimeter dick, reicht aber vollkommen aus. Ich bin zufrieden damit. Ps.: für Einbrecher zum vertreiben ist es nicht geeignet (-
