you really don't need a user manual. The easiest way to get online with the controller is to plug the cable into the PLC and your laptop. Then go to Device Manager and see what COM port is assigned (if COM1, change to a different COM, like COM5), then go into RSLinx and configure as DH+. Open the configuration for that link and select the COM port you are using, then select AUTO CONFIGURE.
