Excellent and always arrives very quickly. Like the taste, the size of bottles for storing in fridge and certainly feel better for taking it, have recommended to several friends. Had about 4 lots of it now.

The fact that it was smooth and not too strong.

This kefir is very good. In comparison to cows milk pasteurised kefir bought in the supermarket, it is more fizzy and not as thick. Very good taste.

I found this rather unpleasant to take (hard to imagine fizzy goat's milk but I can't think of any other way to describe it) and despite any possible advantages it may have for my gut, I wouldn't purchase this again. Very expensive also.

I found that drinking this every morning to break fast has really settled my stomach and allowed me to eat dairy much easier without having an inflammatory response . Also , my health hasn’t been better for a long time . Heal the gut and you shall be on the road to healing a lot of other ailments if you use it with a good diet

I have made my own milk kefir for years. Lately I have tried other manufactured kefir and this is the best by far. Yes, the others are probably made to be more palatable to the untrained Kefir drinker. But this is authentic. And it works. Anyone who takes it regularly will notice how their body changes for the better. If you want the real taste of Kefir this is the one to chose. But please slow down fermentation by chilling before you open if you wish to avoid the ‘champagne ‘ effect when opening.
