The finished product turned out great but box was delivered damaged with hardware falling out the bottom. Boxes that held springs and hardware were busted open inside the big box. The instructions we very vague and didn't help much at all. But we finally got it together and it looks great for the price!

It looked exactly like the advertisement. Very easy to assemble. Everything went together easy and all the holes lined up. I read online it would require 3 adults in good physical condition. I put it together in less than 2 hours with only the help of my 5 yr old. There were a few washers missing which I replaced for less than a dollar. No big deal. I’m pleased with it and my kids love it. I gave the the supplier hell for the delayed shipping but it was during the holiday and the pandemic. More than likely was the fault of FedEx.

My daughter loves it. I mean it's a trampoline, but the height of it is shorter than what we expected it to be.

The product i received was not the item in original description or in the picture. The original description (it has changed since my November 4, 2020 purchase) had a weight limit of 750 lbs and said it came with ladder. I know this because I did thorough research to make sure I purchased a trampoline with a high weight limit and a ladder. The item i received is not only clearly different then the image in the picture, it says the weight limit is 300lbs and has no ladder. I have a friend who purchased this item from the same link and received the item as described. While the item I received is fully operational and works for my son, it is not the item I researched and ordered.

Could not be happier with this purchase it is exactly what we wanted. My kids and family love it. It is great quality and the customer service is outstanding. They respond quickly and are awesome with helping you with anything you may need. Would defiantly purchase again and refer to others

My kids LOVE their trampoline. My only issue was the directions. It didnt tell you what bolts amd screws went where or how to put up the net.

We have loved our trampoline. Simple to put it up, people of all weight have jumped on it not one issue! I love that it’s simple to slide across the yard to mow.

My only issue was my 6 year old was able to fall between the safety net and trampoline. Which is what the net is supposed to stop!
