3 Letter Words (Flash Kids Flash Cards)

My grandson has problems (ADHD & SPD) and finds it hard to concentrate and learn anything. I found he loves puzzles so tried him with these, He selects a colour pile (there are red set, blue set, purple set, there are 6 colour sets etc...) and spreads them out letter side up, then he has to spell the word, say the word and then turns over the cards to see if he is right. He sometimes has the picture side up, which still has the letters on. He loves this game, we started off with one colour set and worked our way up to 4 colours sets. He gets to choose the colours we will work on that day. The more we play this the better at remembering how to spell the word he gets.He did point out some the colours have a different hue, but I told him the sun must have got to them in the factory lol.Thin card but lasting well and not a bad price. Just wished I could find more of these either 3, 4 or 5 letters. He learns so well with these cards. Tried others but he just comes back to these. Take note manufacturers to make more like this.

This game has been a god send. It slides easily into a bag and we have played it into coffee shops and restaurants.Not only does my son enjoy reading the words, he loves that he can check the answers for himself.Perfect for those situation where you need a quiet calm game or a wind down activity.Of course, this game has also boosted my son's reading skills which has been a happy bonus!

these cards are aimed at years 5 and up. On the whole they are very good hence the rating. the designs are colourful and lively and the cards are large and pleasing to use. my only gripe is that not all of the letters of the alphabet are represented, for example, A E, G,I, L,Q,U, V, W,X,Y.whilst I appreciate the difficulty in finding 3 letter words for Q, U, X and Y, I feel the others could have been represented. I bought these to use with my 2 yr old grandson as he already links 3 or 4 letters together, and I was looking for a toddler friendly thick card version.

Strudy great product

I bought these for my 4 year old son and he is now spelling a lot of the words without the need to use the picture side of the cards. It is a great interactive and fun way to help children learn to spell and to help them to use phonics.

Lovely colourful flash cards but quite flimsy, not sturdy so young child may inadvertently tear it , but ok for price? Decent enough resource

Really good it’s like 3 in one learning , you can flash just the letters , do the 3 letters for words and they can learn by pictures with help with dyslexia

Excelente calidad. El juego de tarjetas se presta para mucho. Además las tarjetas para padres que incluye la caja, da más ideas. Yo tengo otro juego de spelling y creo que podré combinarlos. Me gusta que trae muchas letras repetidas. Se puede jugar con los niños quitando una letra para que el niño lo busque, combinar palabras con la parte de atrás de las tarjetas.Un acierto comprarlas!

My 3yr old loves these cards. Good quality and good pictures which small kids can understand and pair well.
