Flava Mix is an outstanding product ! By having 900 mgs. of Cocoa Flavonols in each scoop it far exceeds the 500 mgs amount used in the famous COSMOS study which indicated the benefits of Cocoa Flavonols on a variety of body systems...cardiovascular, brain especially.It is great added to one's coffee, yogurt, any type of smoothie, ice cream, etc.It is the only company to my knowldege that selects coffee beans that have been shown to have high levels of Cocoa Flavonols whch is a more important measure of value than the percentage of cacao. Take it in any beverage about an hour before your workout with whey protein and creatine and see the difference! I add small amounts to many foods throughout the day ...the positive effects are cumulative.

The package is not full
This Flavamix Performance Cocoa powder is rich in dark chocolate flavor and not sweet at all. BITTER!Contains 900mg of flavanols, the product has a high content of the healthy ingredients I hope to benefit from. One question though, why is it when you buy products from places that are mass produced we always get containers bags that are not full? Is because the powder expands in the package?

May be hard on your digestion
This stuff gives me diarrhea, no other chocolate ever has done that. I only used 1 teas. this morning and was sick to my stomach all day, plus the diarrhea. Serving size is about 1 1/2 Tablespoon.
