[Edit] [Excellent customer service] - Handle broke after 2 weeks of usage
Customer service was excellent, they sent me a replacement handle very promptly. I was able to fix it in no time. And, overall, the chair functions great, my kid is enjoying it.<<Handle of the chair broke merely after 2 weeks of usage, and this seems to be a mechanical issue as opposed to mis-handling. I cannot get it back in place.<<

Excellent customer service
I ordered 2 chairs and they are so pretty! My girls love it! I had an issue with one of my chairs not being delivered (although it said delivered) their response was quick and very helpful! Got the 2nd chair fairly quickly.

Arms don't stay securely to the chair
The arms don't stay securely on the chair. Even after assembly, they are loose. One of the arms even came off. I reattached it to the chair and is still came loose a second time.
