Supportive comfy and effective. Is correcting my ankle!
Comfortable and surprisingly very supportive. I’m due to have foot surgery as my ankle turns outwards following lots of sprains and this is actually very helpful in the meantime.I’m not wearing standard trainers these are nhs fitted so perhaps that helps with the size. I think you may struggle to get them on with tight fitting trainers.

Stabilised my ankle and is comfortable
The media could not be loaded. Im not sure if I wear it correctly but it does support my sprained ankle as has two plastics on side. Im quiet like that you can lace it. Im using with castor oil with tumeric compress so ignore the cloth in. Yellow colour doesnt bother me but this speed up healing. I needed that asap and paid for same day delivery - and received within couple hours. It seems matching my expectations.

Very good for round the house
I have a weak right ankle and it has a tendency to roll at awkward times even after surgical repair. I bought this to compare with the Acast version I generally use as this is half the price. This brace isn't as rigid at the sides and is fiddly to get on. The velcro straps also need a bit of working out, but they go under the foot and vertically up the side of the ankle. The lace up part does mean you can compress on the ankle which does give the feeling of rigidity. Overall the value for money is excellent and for everyday walking the dogs and other normal activity these seem to be very good and comforting. I would not be convinced by them when I play walking football or any sort of sport involving twists and turns of the feet when, so would revert to the acast brace, but I would definitely buy this again, and the beauty is it works on either ankle (which the Acast doesn't).*Edit Update* I've got used to this now around the house and for dog walking and actually I think it's sturdier than first thought. It would work for some sports and I will be willing to try this out for walking football if and when we're ever allowed to play again. If it stands up to that then I will edit again and maybe award the extra star.

A superb brace/support that I managed to wear with my existing footwear.
I bought this support on my own initiative after an injury. The quality and design of this support is first class, it's so easy to use and put on. This also enabled me to use my existing shoes fine, I just loosened the laces and dropped them out the two higher holes on my shoe. This support gave me immediate relief, and with out doubt was a major proponent in aiding my recovery from my injury. Im self employed so had no choice but to continue working, which this enabled me to do.

Good but won’t go under a shoe
The brace was very good at supporting my ankle. It was a little awkward to get on but once on it offered good support. My only issue was I couldn’t get my shoe on over it. You might be ok if your shoes are a bit loose but if you’re shoes are snug you have no chance of getting this on under your shoe as it’s quite bulky.

Great ankle support, gives you confidence that you're not going to bend or turn your ankle in a painful way, when recovering from an injury.Bit of a pain to get on and get the correct tightness, but worth it.
