If Artisan bread shape is desired then this is a must buy. Ensure it's well dusted with flour or semolina to avoid or reduce the dough sticking to the basket and don't over clean after use, allow it to mature, but keep it in a dry. The quality was good, some useful utensils. The little fork is for piercing the dough but much better to score the dough.

Really nice banneton. The dough doesn't stick when you flip it to bake because of the cloth. I wasn't impressed with the brush, and i have no idea about the tiny fork. What is it about? Overall the basket was really nice!

Not sure how these are stored by supplier but this basket had quite a bad smell, I hoped some use and air might have cleared it but I’ve had to bin it it’s so bad.

Perfect quality and delivered swiftly. Would thoroughly recommend. Make sure to buy a size up to allow for dough proving/rising.

Arrived safely and on time. A good quality proving basket and a useful size. Not so sure how useful the little fork will be but everything else is good.

Great for proofing sourdough. I dust mine with rice flower and it doesn’t stick. I washed the liner before the first use and it was fine.

The basket is splintered so need to use the liner with it. I wouldn’t trust it on it’s own as I don’t want splinters in my bread. The fork and the brush are a bit flimsy to use for anything so a bit pointless.

They are good though basket is a bit small
