These have become a life saver as I was suffering from calluses as I no longer have the fat padding under my toes. I was experiencing quite a bit of pain especially under my big toes. Some reviewer wrote that you could conceivably turn them inside out if you only need one as they come as a pair. The stitching is such that you cannot do that and have them be comfortable. I bought two pair so that I could launder them as I wear them every day. They are extremely durable, easy to put on and very comfortable and have absolutely solved my callus issue. I am female, wear a size 10 shoe and find they are a perfect fit.

These are great. They are durable, the gel ribbon coating on the inside of the material on the top and bottom holds it in place, which is nice, (they won't slide down on your foot) they go on pretty easily, and are comfortable. The only one problem that I had with them, is that the stitching between the big toe and the toe next to it, is sewn way too deep, meaning the stitching is way too long, which causes a lot of discomfort when you put them on, so I carefully cut the thread where it is sewn, and just left about an 1/8" of stitching, and that's what did the trick!

I bought a medium and gave a 3 based on the size chart. I needed a small to compensate for the stretchy material and the gel pad looks as though it goes up under the big toe,however it does not.

Works really well to help cushion ball of foot.Had issues with severe pain when walking, ball of foot would just hurt, even not putting weight on the foot helped all that much.Went looking and found these. Figured I would give them a try and they worked really well to help distribute the weight and cushion at the same time. Didnt completely help take pain away but did make walking bearable and did enough that the foot could heal properly.Now i wear them just cause, mainly to help keep my foot cushioned while walking barefoot at home. So far they have helped and havent had any recurrent weird foot pain (like the reason I bought these in the first place)They took some getting use to since they're like half socks but it didnt take much time to grow accustomed to them, now i hardly notice them and even forget I have them on.First pair has lasted a long while so far especially woth how often I wear them, little bit of piling but easily trimmed and tidied up.Fit wise, felt a bit tight at first but stretched to my foot with ease and they stay put never felt like they would just fall off my foot.

I was really looking forward to no or at least less pain in my metatarsals after reading the reviews and seeing the photos.Unfortunately these things are not like in the photo for how they are cut or how they are described as comfortable and beneficial to your feet's pain.They aren't cut on an angle like the photo shows, but cut straight across the foot, meaning they slide up and over your pinky toes and dig into them badly; it killed me wearing them from the start even though I thought they would give and conform to my foot. The little bit of gel used to hold them in place at the back of your foot just doesn't at all and just makes the elastic dig into the top of your feet. The big toe has an overlapping of fabric to cushion it, nice, but the rest of the toes in their one shared hole do not have that cushion, just the tight elastic band that slides and digs into the toes.These cause a lot of pain in new/ different areas of your feet which just adds to the pain they're supposed to help alleviate, causing walking normal super hard and so painful I was wincing at work just to walk to the restroom.Do not buy these, regardless of the size you pick. They WILL indeed hurt your feet and make your footwear tighter, adding more pain to the tops and sides of your feet, and make walking harder then the original pain did. Hope this helps others from future, additional foot problems. :'( Not worth the money unless you want to pay for more pain.

Heel protection:Uncomfortable, Slippery, and Moves Around This food pad is not comfortable and it doesn’t stay in place — it moves around when you walk on it. This makes it unsafe and annoying to use.

I bought these for my spouse who has problems caused by Morton's neuroma. Nothing has helped even though we have tried many different types of shoes and inserts. These ZenToes Metatarsal Pads are not perfect, but they help more than anything she has tried. Anything that provides enough relief from the neuroma pain to allow for taking walks is worth 5 stars.The pads stay in place and are comfortable.

I have several pairs of these and use them when I am dancing without shoes. They have just enough padding to help with the middle-age foot pain but not so much padding that they impede movement. Get the black. They look less medicinal than the gauze colored ones.
