Mom's Chicken Soup
Perhaps, many people remember their Moms working away in the kitchen all day, cleaning the chicken, chopping vegetables, sautéing, adding herbs and spices, simmering, simmering... that wonderful smell filling the house.At my house, our chicken soup was Mom opening a package of Lipton Chicken Noodle soup and 8 minutes later having wonderful, "homemade" chicken soup form our loving mother. When I became a vegetarian, it was impossible to recreate those chicken soup days of my past... Until I discovered Goodman's! On many levels, this is such a comforting and delicious find.
