Ordered this on a whim when I was buying its bigger brother as the price was very good at the time. Thought it was too small to be useful when it arrived, but it's now my go-to for chicken thighs. Takes four large or six medium comfortably and roasrs to crispy perfection. I find myself using it a lot. Also great for resting a steak. It does buckle a bit in a hot oven, but that is to be expected at this price point. Handy little pan.

I prefer stainless steel. In the old days when times were harder, I'd lost count of the number of times I've reminded my wife and kids that using metal utensils on traditional non-stick oven trays not only damaged them but increased the chances of some of that material being inadvertently ingested when stuck to an overcooked fish finger. Now, everything is safe to eat and the wire tray also allows allows fats to drain. Easy to clean and along with us now using silicone utensils, everything is rosy in the kitchen.

Much sturdier than expected based on the photo and price compared to other options.

I bought specifically for my precision oven.It fits absolutely perfectly. It sits on the juice tray that comes with the oven.The fit could not be better.

When this arrived I was surprised by how light it was, but after first use I am delighted to say it is a quality product. It roasted evenly, taking up only half an oven shelf. I will buy a second so that when catering for the family vegetarian and the meat eaters, I can do two roasts at the same time. It is a handy size for a small chicken or smaller cuts of meat and being able to deglaze the pan on the hob is a real bonus. A short soak followed by hand wash or dishwasher leaves it perfectly clean. It compares well with non-stick roasting tins which generally are less effective over time, can't be used on the hob and shed their coating into food.

Heat leaves the tray very quickly when it is taken out of the oven.Tray seems to be a good priceBut the tray has warped a bit from exposure to the oven. The silver of the pan has discoloured.
