Does this remove waterproof gel eyeliner with semi permanent lashes? I bought eye liner gel and was hard to remove with my fake lashes on with clarins

Don’t know but worth a try. I have been using neutrogena eye make up remover for 7 years to remove waterproof mascara. I find it suits my sensitive eyes.
