Loved the product! Most of my cats did too. Regarding the sturdiness, it's not great but not bad either. However strong it looks stability wise, know that the entire structure is sitting on just 8mm screws that are covered by the thick legs causing an illusion of strength 😁Nevertheless, of the many cat trees I've seen/compared, this one seems massive and quite strong, relatively.Couple of things to note are:* There's no tag/tie given to nail to wall in case of accidental falls. But, the grid is good enough to hold the structure upright by self. Balance is not an issue as it's wider than its length.* The pic that says their products have double fur instead of single side fur is not true 😁 for this price, the seller couldn't have done more justice. It seems like this brand is just good at copying an expensive brand's design and making economical knock offs. But won't matter as long as you've got the money worth no😅* Cat condo/home has a opening quite different from the pic, but still ok. 5-6 kg cat fits in but not spacious enough* Hammock also is not big enough for a 5-6 kg cat, perfect for a kitten or two together 😁* The top most shelf plates are very thin, one came slightly damaged and another cracked whole turning the bolt into the leg with Allen key, so beware while fixing..* Once fixed, avoid moving at all costs, as the entire structure is quite heavy and the tiny screws in the center take the load when moved. The disconnect between the two pairs of legs only makes is more load bearing for the screws. So fix it and leave it be permanently. If not, entire structure weakens and starts shaking at all joints..Apart from these, really happy with the purchase. Worth the money. My cats means everything to me, so if they've approved it, so have I 😁🙂

Even though Amazon packaging was not up to the mark - considering the weight of this product, this cat tree is just brilliant. Easy to assembly and sturdy - competitively priced. Other sellers are selling a sub standard piece at a higher price. This one is bigger than expected. Full paisa vasool.

The media could not be loaded.  The quality is much superior than I anticipated. It was easy to assemble for us because of how methodical the instructions were by the manufacturer, everything was labelled, there were checked lists for each part and name of the person who packed it. There was a video instruction too! I love the product and my kittens are having a great time exploring their own Jungle Gym/ Catio!One slight suggestion would be to make the bottom levels slightly more heavier for sturdiness, rest is satisfactory as is.

Ok he took 3 weeks to get the bolts so I can assemble it, very difficult to contact someone, I must say after contacted the vendor he ship the missing part the following day still took a week to arrived. Any way when assemble and install he become a cat favorit no particular problem to assemble just follow instruction now I am very satisfied

For the first day, My kittens are not comfortable but now it's their second favourite place after Sofa, a little big for two kittens. It quite expensive, otherwise highly recommended...

Cats take time to understand and get familiar with this product my cat barely uses all functions of this product.

To begin with, my package came without the instructions. However, I called up the manufacturer after doing a google search for the number. They sent me the sheet and a link for the video in a few hours. Honestly, by then we had already started assembling it. Simply follow the Alphabets on back of each tray and see the pic and assemble. After two storeys of the tower we had to rely on the video. But easy job done in about an hour. It comes with the necessary tool to assemble easily and I must tell you assembly was both fun and a breeze.Product quality is really good though we might have to vaccum it once to get the residue dust and some fur balls out of the way. Looks amazing and much bigger than the photo though
