The media could not be loaded.  This external camera is super easy to mount, using a ball socket screw mount which allows you to angle the camera through wide range of positions.However, unlike some more expensive models, it’s a fixed camera and you cannot adjust the angle remotely, so you'll need to set it up covering the widest angles you are able.As you’ll see from the video attached, it offers a good wide angle of picture in full HD. Plus you get an infrared picture at night.The camera is easily accessible through an app which is user friendly and allows you to set a motion trigger and record remotely.A warning though, even on the least sensitive setting, the motion trigger is easily set off. I've had to turn it off when I'm in the house as it's constantly triggering with bugs and even rain.You’ll also need to find somewhere to plug the camera in as it needs electrical power (as opposed to many models now with solar panels).I attached mine to my shed where I could plug it in by easily drilling through the wood panelling.Even outside, it connected to the internet relatively easily and managed to reconnect itself after our wifi went down for a few days.

Excellent product easy to setup great picture.

We have a holiday cottage, and because we aren't there all the time, we installed these cameras. My OH said they were easy to put in place, and they alert us if the motion detection is activated. They look very good quality and have been in place for some time now with no problems

We were very happy to receive this camera, It came well packaged and presented. Connecting the camera was very simple, Simply scan the QR code with your phone and you are taken to download the app. Once registered you can connect the camera very easily. The picture quality is very impressive, It has night vision, Motion detection, 2-way talk and strong wifi connection. Video can be stored locally on micro sd card, or on the cloud. Very happy, Would definitely recommend to others.

Not easy to operate or connect

Can't complain at all about this security camera when it comes to bang for your buck. Picture quality is superb especially during the daylight. The antenna make it nicely visible and they can be adjusted to get the best signal for your placement of the camera.It is USB powered which I was quite surprised about and includes a USB plug. One thing that is a little annoying is that cable is in 2 parts, one end has the usb and a connector on it which you then plug into the other end of the connector. The annoying thing is that the other half of the cable is hard wired to the camera so while the wire itself is quite thin, you need to drill a larger hole than the wire to be able to get the connector through.The mounting mechanism is good, essentially a ball joint allowing you to freely rotate it to the exact angle you need which makes installation much less painful as you can put it up and correct it afterwards.The app is brilliant. If you use multiple cameras from the same brand it's very simple to swipe between each one to see the footage from them all. Notifications are overall good though sometimes a little delayed. Motion detection works pretty well but can sometimes be a little over sensitive. You can also take pictures from the camera, zoom etc.Audio quality is probably the biggest drawback of this. It does offer two-way audio but it's just not good enough to have any kind of conversation. There are better options if two-way audio is important to you such as for your primary camera at your front door.Overall though a fantastic security camera that will get the job done at a fraction of what top brands charge.

The media could not be loaded.  could i please be sent a refund for this camrea as this one doesn’t work again as u can see in the video this is now the 2nd one and stil doesn’t work i’d definitely not recommend this camera as they work for so long the half the screen turns back as u see in the picture!
