Have been using this make for over 14 years now but mine was free compliments of NHS. Chronic pain great but if whole body needs treatment need 2nd pair of hands to place the pads. 2 AA batteries if doing whole body only last about a week. Don't buy cheap batteries will only last about 30 hours. Also good for post op surgery, good relief after mastectomy not much help after total knee replacement. Everyone different but have tried a cheaper brand and model used had ĺittle or no effect. Look after it and it will reciprocate
