yes they do float for quite a while until they absorb too much water and sink but ducks can still get them as they forage under water too that is what ducks do!!!

Don't think they would be any good as they are about the size of a large pea and are very hard.you would be better to buy or make fat balls.ready made ones can be bought over the internet or if you want to make them try going onto you tube.how to make fat balls for wild birds.put out water for your birds, make sure it's not iced over.Cindy

Hello, I don't see why not! If the holes are big enough on the feeder no problem, the batch I got was about 1cm discs shape.. And the birds didn't mind water or land. Hope it helps and happy feeding!

Q: How long does a bag last - if opened and not used?

As it is dry food I have had no issues with longevity. I keep the top folded with a brick to keep it closed. I’ve had it open for a while and noticed no deterioration in the feed.

Floating nutrition.

The ducks swans and cygnets love this. No natural food around at the moment because of lack of rain. They literally gobble this up and it’s full of nutrients- not like bread.

Best duck food I’ve found

The media could not be loaded. Ducks/swans/geese love this. Birds come running over for it! Floats well. Best value I’ve found price-wise. Pellets are a good size for all birds. Seagulls also go mad for it! Would recommend.
