Had this device for a week now. Does the job and alleviates pain in the short term which as a fibromyalgia suffer was my main aim. Hopefully, with daily use the duration of pain control will increase. I have suffered with severe pain particularly in the inner knee for months and had weekly massage to try and keep it under control. After using this device, the pain totally disappeared after a 25min treatment and still under control the next morning. The ability to treat the body through four decent size pads and able to treat any area, is brilliant for use in fibromyalgia patients. Also able to treat the feet and help with circulation at the same time if needed.

Likes this it does its job and my legs feel better for using it daily and sciatica much better

Suffering from type 1 diabetes for over 30 years I recently started to have problems with my feet, losing the feeling in 2 of my toes on my left foot and a tingling sensation in them, especially during the night causing loss of sleep and in the morning. Although I was wary of buying one of these machines I thought at this price it was worth giving it a go, using a medium setting for the first week for 25 minutes my legs started to feel less tired but my toes were still a big problem, so the second week I turned up the settings to see if this helped. Now on my 4th week I'm using quite a high setting but my toes are now feeling the benefit, nighttime's have improved greatly and it's brill not waking up and having to get out of bed and exercise my toes to get the blood flowing, in the mornings I get up and again my toes are a lot less of a problem. As a diabetic I do have some nerve damage which is probably permanent but this Circulation Maxx is a real god send and with the tens pads which are great quality and I use on my back and arms it's made me feel so much better.If you are a diabetic type 1 or 2 this is a great help if like me you have problems with your legs or feet, don't be afraid to try it the electrical impulses really do help!!!!Thank you Bio Energiser for making a great product at a fantastic price for a real quality product!!!!!!!

Bought for my elderly dad who has problems with his feet, he says its hard to get out of bed due to having very painful feet and they are swollen. Bought this product and it's done him the world of good, he even knows how to use it and he doesn't do technical and still calls a radio the wireless (he is nearly 80). He used it every day for a start and now uses it every other and does not complain half as much as he used to and gets around more! Fantastic product although when I went to use it it did feel so painful to me! Would pay double just for the effect it's had on my dad!

The device itself is fine. The problems I found with it relate to the battery covers on both the unit and the remote control. The covers are held on by the tiniest of self-tapping screws - the ones on the remote rival the size of screw used by opticians to hold glasses together. As well as that, the screws are EXTREMELY tight fitting and you really need an instrument screwdriver to be able to move them. Even so, armed with a Philips instrument driver, I have still not been able to remove the battery cover of the main unit and consequently I only able to use it with mains power.Considering that the market for this device is directed mainly at the old and infirm, these two apparently minor faults take on a major importance. No screwdriver (which needs to be specially tiny) is provided and the tightness of the screws - especially if you're arthritic reduces the portability of the unit to places where there is a mains supply.Clip-type battery covers are almost universal on equipment now. Why spoil an otherwise satisfactory product with these cheap covers?

Cannot feel any difference when in use. Quite heavy machine. Not sure of its benefits to my mind.
