Cheap and awful! 10 broke as soon as we put them on the kids.

Let me start by saying that we were excited to add these to the party. However, we were disappointed once they arrived that they are unlike the advertised picture.The description said 2 packs of 8 and I only have 8. I have 16 children and the birthday boy is going to be upset tomorrow.
