Gets the job done if you want to lift heavy. Solid comfort and it’s extremely sturdy. I recommend going a size higher than you would think. I got the medium and it only just fits

I squat heavy weights as a core part of my workout program. Recently I have started to get some lower back discomfort. As I did not want to have to stop squatting, or drop weight, I bought this belt. Since using this belt my back has stopped hurting. Objective achieved!On the down side, I will probably end up with some kind of muscular weak spot in my lower back due to the belt taking the strain that my lower back muscles would have otherwise taken, but it is better than not being able to squat at all. Real men squat.The belt itself is sturdy and of good quality. The leather is thick and the buckle and straps are sturdy. It is pretty comfortable too. I read a review a while back where someone marked it down because it was so uncomfortable that it caused him actual physical pain. He must be some kind of pussy, because the belt is comfortable.So in conclusion, yeah it's a good belt. Only about 20 quid too so pretty cheap. 5 stars.

I was suffering with a bad back for many years, I previously had two slipped discs and a torn lat, the doctors recommended a hiatus from working out or even a permanent end to lifting. Since buying this belt I have not only been able to continue working out but also increase the load and reps! The belt fits brilliantly and the cushion to the lower back provides great comfort. Fantastic support is given by the belt during lifting as well. I would 100% recommend this belt to anyone and even better the fact that it is so cheap!I am a 34" waist and I fit just right into the Large size. Only recommendation I would make to any buyers it to make sure to break in the belt before using it. By this I mean wrapping it up and placing something heavy on top for a couple hours to make sure that the belt wraps around your body without any gaps between.Overall a fantastic product for great value.

Billed as a 2xl was rubbish.I would have needed a 5xl going off that sizing!!And they don't supply anything above 2xl!!What size do the strongmen wear?!! Whatever it is, it's not size 2xl from here.Can't argue with quality!! It just don't fit!!
