Great for curbing appetite!
I have just started taking this for the second week in a row and it has definitely curbed my appetite- big time! I take it twice a day, morning and afternoon. It has curbed my appetite without me getting grumpy or irritable. (I get like that when I'm hungry)! After just two weeks my pants are a little looser around the waist, however I do work out and eat sensibly through out the day... I would recommend this as an appetite suppressant; still waiting to see if I lose some lbs...will post more in a months time.

Pleasantly Surprised With the Results
It's always good when trying something new, to receive some product info and suggestions from the manufacturer prior to delivery.When the bottle of Garcinia Cambogia was delivered, I had no questions as to how and when to take it as these questions had alreadybeen answered by the seller in an email that I received.The very first thing that I noticed when I began to take the pills was that I did not feel hungry within a short time after eating breakfast.I tend to be a grazer and it was lunch time before I realized that I had not had that "sort of hungry" feeling that often precededa mid morning snack at the office vending machine ! I had the same experience in the evening (my very worst grazing time!)After one week, I have lost 1 lb and 1/4" around my waistline. I still have time this summer to get into my swimsuit ! I am one happy camper !I highly recommend this product and will definitely be ordering more very soon

Bloated me during first 24 hrs of use. had to return it. Return policy was great. Did not have issues with Green Coffee Bean extract. Hope this works for others.

I absolutely love this product! Honestly for the first 3 weeks I may have lost only 5 lbs but then the 4th week i started to exercise for only 20 minutes a day and take 3 short walks a day and lost 5 lbs in a week! Yeah I don't believe you can lose a lot of weight by doing nothing but I did try but as soon as I just made some small changes it helped A LOT!!! Overall I love how I didn't feel like I need to eat as much definitely curbed my appetite. I also noticed how much of a better mood I was in everyday while taking this product. I just ran out and haven't had any in a couple days and I can tell I didn't take anything. Overall I would buy this product only on the fact that it made my moods a lot better!! It made me happier and more motivated to do things. Never felt drained or felt a come down off this product. I would recommend to anyone and everyone but if you want results you do have to try and make some small changes at least like I did. I just ordered my second bottle and can't wait to tell you how much I lost in the next month to come.
