Easy replacement for older can lights and love that it is fully controlled through an app

Came with the adapters
When I bought them, none of the photos showed that it came with the adapters, but they did, and the lights work great

Light didn't work. Poor quality control
We have a sloped ceiling in a bedroom that has a recessed 6" can about 15 feet high that's designed for a flat horizontal ceiling, not a sloped one. So we wanted to replace it with a gimbal LED light so that the light would point down to light the room better. After moving the long extension ladder into place, removing the old trim while perched high on the ladder, screwing the provided E26 base into the socket in the fixture, the lamp wouldn't turn on. Lesson learned. Try the thing in a table lamp first before setting up and climbing the extension ladder! We noticed that both the black and white wires were loose. In fact they came out of the orange connector. We stuck them back in, but that didn't fix the problem, so we are returning it and ordering a different brand.

Easy to retrofit using existing housing
These Juno Adjustable LED lights are very easy to install if you have an existing housing and outlet. With 50K hours of lighting, they will be around for several years, are dimmable and adjustable for wall washing, which is why we opted for this model. In addition you can adjust the "temp" of the lighting. We purchased 3 to replace existing Juno wall washes--a 20 year old model still being sold by Juno but which were challenging to manage the "eyelet" that washed the walls. This is so much better and a good price.

Great Color Rendering. Retrofit is really tricky.
The color rendering is great with them being 90+ and it shows. I had Sunco retrofit gimbal lights at first. The Sunco's CRI was 80 and the light quality was subpar. The only problems with these is that 2 out of 8 were broke on arrival; easily replaced by Amazon. And the tension wing wires are extremely tight; especially compared to the Sunco's. It made for very difficult installs into my existing 6" recessed cans. None of them are sitting flush with the ceiling as a result.UPDATE: Another of the 8 did not switch to 2700K mode. The switch would move, but the color would remain 3000K; the switch before. Quality control seems to be lacking with this model if 3 out of 8 were faulty. These are seemingly more designed for 5" recessed cans. The tension wires really have to contort to stretch to the 6" can.

Easy to install and setup
These lights were easy to install and setup with Google Home. They look great especially the different colors. The brightness is perfect for lighting up my living room.

Great when they work, awful quality control. However the intermittent connection issue is fixable.
Wow, where to start. First, thanks to everyone who returned these to Amazon. I bought all the returns figuring some would be bad. Yep. I bought 12 (3 boxes) at a bargain basement price and 3 gave me problems. One lights up blue and will not change. Two were just flaky. Hanging by the cord, they worked properly. I could change color temp and color itself, turn them on and off, no problems. Once in the can however, all bets were off. Would not turn back on. First I thought it was the can. I checked every wire and even bypassed the thermistor as these do not generate enough heat to be an issue. No luck. Mind you, these are in a 14' tall ceiling, so this is not a fun task. Finally, I installed the light and left it hanging by the cord. All was well as before. I installed a Lutron Caseta switch so I could toggle the power while on the ladder. On and off, fine. Then I touched one of the spring clips to the can and the light would no longer respond. Let it hang, worked fine. Tested this a few times. Came to the conclusion that something in the internal antenna must be grounding against the metal brackets that hold the spring clips. Once that touches the can, it creates a low voltage short of some sort or blows out the antenna wavelength spec. So, I removed the spring clips and straightened the part that holds them in place. Then I put heat shrink on all the metal and reinstalled the spring clips and bent the metal bracket back around to hold them in place. Installed and problem solved. The spring clips are now totally isolated from the metal bracket so no short. See pics.I would take one completely apart to see what may be causing this, but quite honestly don't have the inclination. I may just return to manufacturer for a warranty replacement so I have some spares. As for Smart Things? It's pretty dumb. Constantly loses connection to the lights. However, whatever setting you had them at last, color wise remains, so that is good. If you start messing with one in a group, be prepared to re-add all of them. Once I get time, I will see if my Hubitat will work with these. If not, no loss. I have the Caseta for remote on/off and rarely mess with the colors.

Great recessed light without the glare
These fit perfectly in our retrofit Juno IC20R cans. Love that the light color is adjustable. The gimbal/ adjustable angle is great and we aimed some at the closet so we can see what we are doing. The others we aimed at the wall for a sort of wall wash effect. So much better than the glare of the previous lights that made them impossible to use. We use with a dimmer switch.
