DrosteLTR-5100-005 cocoa powder, 250g weight

Tried it as a cup of hot cocoa, upon arrival. I just had to sip it while admiring the packaging. I wish I owned the vintage Droste mug, too. It tastes so smooth and pleasing.Even the packaging is so convenient.As for the taste, texture, aroma and the final visual outcome of the cake; tastes so elegant, like a Victorian dessert, feels like an eyeshadow or powdered foundation ( won't even know when the spoon has touched the content in the box.), that supple, got a subtle cocoa aroma when smelt right out if the box and even the most basic and amateur of cakes (like mine in the pics), just looks like an expensive dessert. It's a 10 on 10 from me for all that criteria.

Single best coco powder I've had, straight from the Netherlands. I use it for my late night hot coco, and overnight oats. Extra point for versatility!

I could really cry about the price of this, but the gorgeous flavour keeps me purchasing. It makes the richest tasting cocoa I have ever had and is sheer nectar when made with a teaspoon of soft brown sugar.Lately, I have had requests to make chocolate ice cream with it and I do not stint on flavour.I use eggs, icing sugar, double jersey cream, single cream and an ounce of this gorgeous cocoa. You can't make a decent ice cream if you have to count the calories. I also make a banana ice cream but the chocolate is always the first to go. If there's a death by chocolate, this is the way to go.

Super cacao not a hint of sweetness or added anything, delicious to drink with almond milk - unsweetened of course and for adding to cakes and chilli (just a quarter tsp though)

Smells and tastes amazing . I have used many chocolate powders in my cookies, cakes , chocolate drinks and panacota this was one of the best chocolate powders I have used to achieve a creamy chocolaty flavor in all my baking .

This cocoa is a great product really lovely quality but expensive for the size but it did make the best brownies ever so worth it for a treat!

I bought this to make chocolate cake expensive I found a French chocolate 100% which I like better and bought that for making chocolate cakes I made 2 with both the chocolate I bought and let my friends taste both did a blind test I asked which did they like the best the French chocolate cake was the winner they didn't like the Dutch chocolate one both cakes had the same ingredients.I've eaten Droste chocolate milk and plain round discs which I like very much the Droste chocolate powder didn't seem to go down well still using it up.
