On highest power (3). Comes on intermittently and barely able to smell my peppermint oil. But excellent customer service. Hopefully a newer version will have have a less intermittent on/off pattern

No scent comes from the device AT ALL.Looks okay, seemingly nicely made - but what’s the point if you don’t receive the essential oil scent in the air as that’s the purpose of the device??!!No point in purchasing. I’ve returned it for a full refund!!By the way (manufacturer) there was no remote in the box either, not that it would have helped anything.

I have two of these diffusers from Alacris, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom, and found them both excellent. However, as I wish to change the essential oils easily, I wanted to purchase spare essential oil bottles for these diffusers. Unfortunately I have not been able to do so as cannot find the correct size of screw thread for these 60ml bottles. I have made enquiries to no avail. Finally I contacted [email protected] hoping this would resolve the problem. As yet I have been ignored. Shame that the customer services have let down such an excellent product.

The media could not be loaded.  I have reviewed a number of diffusers over the years, and I have one in every room doing their thing most days and I do love my Essential Oils for just about everything. When this ‘waterless’ diffuser came up for review I was intrigued and happy to test and review it and it hasn’t disappointed😊It is straightforward and easy to use - switched on/or off underneath the unit. Open the outer lid to pull out the holder that contains the glass bottle and to the bottle you add your essential oils.For work related reasons leading up to Christmas I was struggling with my breathing caused by anxiety, so it seemed the ideal time to use Eucalyptus essential oil which is my go-to to help calm my mind & my breathing. I added this oil to the bottle about halfway – I have still not needed/30th Dec to top up the oil/about 3 weeks. This is what I love most about this diffuser – the convenience of not having to constantly top up water and essential oil and clean diffusers and it hardly uses any oil at all which is also dependant on the setting you have it on.Within a week of using this with eucalyptus oil I was easing away from the anxiety and my breathing was all but back to normal, so I have it running all day now in my Craft Room where I run my small business.I would highly recommend this diffuser – I love it. There is a timer option & different LED light options (with nice low light gradient lighting).The biggie for me is no need for water and it has 3 levels of intensity to choose from with no wastage here of essential oils.5 Easy Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reviews are very accurate. Agree is noisy when releasing scent. Okay in lounge but not ifsleeping. Also on off switch underneath which is a bit awkward.

It didn’t diffuse any scent all. Just made am awful sound and nothing else. I wish I had acknowledged the reviews.Absolutely awful!

Bough it as a Christmas present and was informed that it doesn’t work so now I have to travel to get it back to send it to Amazon for refund 🤦🏼‍♀️
