I just happened to use it this morning before going to the gym. I didn't feel that much pain. Now I'm getting ready to use some more of it now.

Skeptic turned into a believer. I've purchased this on a whim to see if there was anything to help the tingling in my feet and this did not disappoint. From application even the residual on my hands you can feel the solution penetrative effects alleviating pain and all tingling. It's like my feet have been reset, I look forward to not having the issue continue but I am a advocate here and beyond to recommend this product to those in need.

Unsure how to rate this product as I haven't been using it for very long, but I can state this: what I do like is once applied on my feet and legs I can feel it working. At first it feels warm quickly making me feel chilled, but I like the soothing throbbing feel it provides. Neuropathy throbbing can be very uncomfortable- even painful - but this is different as to me it feels beneficial. However, what I REALLY dislike is the very very strong scent. From the minute I open the jar it's a strong scent that actually causes my eyes to water. No joke. Then until the scent fades after application it's just unpleasant. I also immediately wash my hands afterwards but continue to pick up the scent making me concerned what would happen if I touched my eyes. I suppose I could wear gloves while applying; I'll continue using until the jar is empty and see if it's beneficial enough to put up with the negatives of this product.Udate: am finding now within a few hours of applying I'm getting uncomfortable leg muscle spasms- not cramps but what feels like the beginning of a muscle cramps. I apply this cream at night and the spasms have actually caused me to wake up. This makes me wonder if the product is working to help with neuropathy symptoms but then again one of the symptoms I get with neuropathy is Charlie Horse cramps and muscle spasms. Don't know if I'll continue using this or not until I speak with my doctor. Anyone else have similar issues?

I usually purchase this and it normally has a seal. The one I received today was busted and a hole in the seal and when I opened it the cream spilled right into my fingers. I have bought this item several times already and it has always come neatly packaged and closed. It is also usually a great cream that helps the pain subside. I will re order another and hope it doesn’t come busted open like this. Not sure if it was kept out in the heat and caused the seal to bust or maybe someone tampered with it. Either way I won’t be using it because it’s medicine.

I have used this product about 6x and have found that it is actually healing the nerves in my feet. You do not have to cake it on, just a little dab will do. The smell is very strong but the results are worth it. I would recommend this product.

I received this cream today and the lid was loose and somehow the inner protective seal had leaked. So, when I opened the Amazon package, I could smell and feel the cream prior to opening the cream container. This was very disappointing. There should be an outer protective seal to prevent this from happening. As to the effectiveness of the cream, I do not know how good or bad the product itself is, but the packaging is prone to problems. Also, I could not find an expiration date anywhere on the container and the list of ingredients is much longer than what is given here at Amazon. A full list of ingredients would be very desirable.
