Q: One of the reviews says the ruler is not in scale. Is this true?

Yes, I posted pic compared with actual ruler to show it's not in scale.

Q: Would the sticker peel off if I put them in bathroom? Not sure if the steam from bath would affect the sticker.

I actually had mine in the bathroom ... they stuck well except some of the small branch ends were grouchy ... i thought it was my wall texture vs humid bathroom though

Q: Will this work on concrete walls?

It might but the concrete wall would definitely have to be painted. They are fairly sticky.
