It's OK.
I found the roller more difficult to use than the impression is given. I'm not sure it's really worth the amount of money. It is incredibly sturdy though and I can imagine it will last for a few years.

What a palaver!
Made sushi with it once. Never again. It looks so easy on the video but I just couldn't get the hang of it. A little too much rice and the roll is to big to join and it falls out all over the place. The nigiri maker is neat but Im sure it would be easier by hand. And it makes a load of washing up so it really isn't worth the effort. Will make chirashi don in future or just eat out!

Brilliant piece of kit - if you follow the instructions to the letter, it delivers exactly what it promises. Much quicker and more professional looking results than trying to do by hand. Would definitely recommend.
