I have taken such pills in the past from another company as well as other vitamins so I knew that you do have to wait for yourbody to absorb and adjust to what you are taking. However I do have to say that withinabout 2- 2 1/2 wks I could clearly tell that my nipples were definitely moreperky/pronounced but other than that nothing extraordinary at that time. As the next fewweeks past I did notice that my right breast was filling out more than the other, seemedquicker, I did not panic, just continued what I was doing assuming they would eventuallyeven out, in which they have. To date it is very clear that my breast have filled out,mostly on the sides, I was hoping for more fillage up top, however I do have one morebottle left and will continue to take to see how my body continues to absurd anddistribute the mixture in my body. I started off as a 32 C/D in which I still am a 32which is great ( I also exercise/drink lots of water/and eat pretty healthy) however withthe extra side increase of my breast they now sit very nicely in my bras, which does helpwith the top fillage I was looking for, much more filled out. As well as with out a bramy breast are more filled out, full and looking more healthy, or at least I see my selfin my reflection as more voluptuous then I was and that is always a good thing. I foundthe pills to be very strong in odor just like another product I have used before and yesit can be a bit of a turn off, so my way of resolving that was to keep my bottles in azip lock bag. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who is looking for away to see increase/fillage in their breast, I would request they buy more than onebottle because it takes time, like with any vitamin, to see any result and everyone'sbody reacts differently. For me the product was money well spent. I purchased more than one bottle knowing it would take time so I do have a couple more bottles left to continue to take as I am only a little over a month into taking them, and like I said before it does take time with any type of supplement, I am pleased with my results so far.

Obviously this product is different for each individual, but unfortunately for me the end result was not worth money I paid. When I started the first pill I weighed 128 lbs with a B cup and now I weigh 143 lbs with a slightly firmer B cup after the second bottle. I wont allow myself to continue to finish the third bottle. FYI- I am not sedentary. I exercise daily and watch my diet yet I gained that much weight in a short amount of time. In retrospect, I should have just used the money to save for breast implants instead of messing myself up internally. If this product has worked wonders for you then I am happy for you, but sadly it didn't do much for me except for the weight gain. Also, I did not like the smell of the pills. The sickly-sweet smell from the bottles was overpowering. I had to zip lock the bottles and then put them in another bag under the sink in order to not smell them. When I work out, I notice my sweat smells like the pills and I become nauseated. Beware before you make a purchase and make sure it is right for you, please!!

This is no an overnight "fix-it". It takes time and commitment. But then, if you really want your breasts to increase in size, you will make the effort to do what it takes!I'm 43 years old, 5 ft tall and 95 lbs. I've had 2 kids and breastfed both, and after my second child, my breasts had reduced to 32AA. If you looked at me sideways, my chest was flat. I decided to take these pills after reading the reviews on Amazon. I always read the 1 star and 2 star reviews first. Then, if I'm still interested, move to the 3 star, etc. I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it out.I've grown from a 32AA to a full 32B. It's taken about 9 months over a period of just under 2 years. I first took 6 bottles a couple years ago just after I turned 40, and during that time, grew from 32AA to a comfortable 32B. I noticed a tingling in my breasts after a couple of weeks, but the major "growth spurts" took place the week before my period each month. During the other times of the month, growth was really a matter of firming my breasts rather than actual growth.My breasts remained at 32B even when I stopped taking the pills. I felt that I lost a bit of firmness after a few months, even though my size remained the same, but that could have been simply the time of the month when I checked.I decided to start taking the pills again because I wanted to see if I could further increase my breast size. So just over one year after I stopped taking the first bottles, I took 2 bottles again. My breasts firmed up, and I even had a bit of growth for about 2 weeks after the bottles were completed. So I've come to the conclusion that while diet and exercise help, the pills work on their own, and you can't rush things.I think that you just have to try things out in order to find out if they will really work or not. Some brands (just like multivitamins) will produce results with some folks and others will see little or no difference. When you find what works for you, though, keep at it until you get the result you want.
