Tool provided me with w the needed conversions for use with my impact tools.

I like the fact that I could still use my drill and a socket at the same time. I did not try with my impact this time nut i am sure it would hold up well. I was setting up a few lights and did not feel like caring a bunch of tools around. I just grabbed my drill, 2 drill bits and a few adaptors with a pocket full of screws. (if i had self tapping screws on hand, then I would have used impact). Everything worked out great. Sockets I used stayed on, and extensions did not twist. I ordered this specifically for the 1/4 x 12" extension. In the 12" bag, I received two 3/8 extensions and the 1/2" extension. I needed the 1/4 to reach into a very small gap that the larger 3/8 sockets won't fit. Grrrr. Mark down 1 star because of the mess up.That said, this is a great set of extensions. They're well made, and the finishes are tough. The ball detents hold a socket snugly, but not so snug you need the pry it off. I never seemed to have extensions long enough to reach those deep bolts, and now I don't have to cobble together a bunch of smaller extensions and hope they hold. I'm glad I got this, but I still need to get the 1/4x12" piece.

I haven't really put these through paces, the battery on my impact died. They do seem sturdy enough, I'm not sure if my little 20 volt will be enough power to do much with these, but I'll see eventually. I had initially hoped they would be more for a larger impact, I hadn't realized the were just for a 1/4 drive. My mistake, they will still be useful when I need to get some distance still using my little impact. I like the carriers they come in, handy to keep them all together. The lengths will be nice for reaching into those tight spaces. Overall seems like a good product.
