No. This is a passive subwoofer meaning it needs a external power source.

Q: is this a vented box? i know the description says it but it doesn't look vented in the pics?

2 round vent ports on the underside of the box. They work great.

Q: Is the dual box wired to 2 ohms? And is there a single 2 ohm option?

Single 4ohm subs box is wired at 4ohm, I wouldn't recommend trying to wire down..
