MASTRO IS AMAZING!
Great DVD!Fred Mastro is one of the best martial artists and self-defense experts out there. A true pioneer and amazing technician. Anyone familiar with Fred Mastro will totally appreciate this DVD. It’s Fred—- doing Fred stuff! 😀HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Eh, just ok
Had heard a lot of mixed opinions on Mastro but have seen enough on YouTube that I was still curious.As far as the videos they are well done. The footage is of a seminar that Fred and his team put on. Easy to hear and watch.As far as his teaching...he puts down dojo training as being fake and not effective and that's cool and all but then he demonstrates in the same manner of one attack and the attacker stands there and lets him do a bunch of stuff.Some of the techniques are crap for self defense but I guess you can't sell much if you don't make it entertaining.Reminds me a lot of the Bujinkan methods and showmanship.

HE'S THE BEST I'VE SEEN SO FAR.
IT'S OK. TECHNIQUES ARE VERY GOOD. BUT, TO MUCH TALKING. I WOULD HAD RATHERED A CONTROLED TEACHING ENVIROMENT THAN A PUBLIC TAPING. OBVIOUSLY, THE BEST I'VE SEEN. BUT HAD LIKED IT BETTER MORE ISOLATED TEACHING.
