Love this!
Love this burger press! Haven’t brought shop burger since. It is adjustable to make thinner or thicker burgers and nice and heavy so when pressed down the burgers form well and stay together. I don’t need any bonding agents just use 5% mince and Season with salt and Pepper once made. I do cut open a sandwich bag to line the press as I could see bits of mince might get stuck in the top movable part and it’s let cleaning 😁

Makes a good even burger.
Used sensibly, this makes a great six ounce burger. The thickness can be varied to taste, the width not. Spray with water to avoid the meat sticking. The hinge pin js pretty flimsy so i a. Thinking that replacement will be needed in the medium term. I find that with a coarser grind of meat it works better.

Burgers what ever thickness you want
Use this regularly and it produces excellent burger patties that do not break up on the BBQ.I use muffin size cup cake cases as the separators, works a treat and cheaper than the ready made grease proof ones.

Burger press is fine. Issue is it comes with square paper (press is round ????) that isn't waxed very well so ingredients stick to it, at best it will make good tracing paper for the kids. If your going to buy this you'll need to find some good round waxed disks.

really simlple to use
product may seem a little expensive to some but if you make lots of burgers then by the time you have replaced the cheaper type a few times you may have well just invested in this its so simple to use put in the paper then the meat then the paper on top and push down it does not take a lot of effort if thats what you are thinking and you can vary the depth of the burger by adjusting the knob on top of the handle i have used lots of different types but reading the reviews on this made it a no brainer for me if you cannot make a burger or struggle to with this i suggest you buy them from the shop its that simple
