Don’t be conned by the branded “mouth tape”s. If you are getting this for mouth tape then buy it. The tape is way thinner than I anticipated but it absolutely works and stays on all night, just curl your lips in slightly so there’s no saliva on them and pop it on the full length of your lips. I absolutely do recommend making a notch or twisting the end still on the roll when you rip because it just sort of disintegrates into the roll and it super difficult to find (even running your nail along both sides 1000 times) and difficult to peel off too (no matter how long your nails are). A big thing to realise is it is surgical grade so it is going to stick to your lips. Sometimes you get a little residue in the morning on the lips but it comes off if you have a normal morning routine and if it doesn’t you can just bite it off. 1 roll will last forever too, I do recommend getting some nose strips alongside this though just to make sure your getting enough air and I’ve found it makes all the difference. Good tape for dressing

Really easy to use don’t need scissors to cut it but if you have sensitive skin be careful, I carefully tried to remove tape but it is very sticky and I am left with raw, blistered and bleeding patches around my original wound, I may be allergic to the adhesive. It does help if you stick the tape to other less sensitive areas before you apply it to the sensitive areas, it seems to remove some of the stickyness.

Good and Useful

This is a great cheap alternative to mouth tape! To promote nasal breathing whilst you’re asleep which is proven to be far better for you than mouth breathing! I also used this to secure cannulas as a PA Carer. Also dressings and surgical pads. Low adhesive makes it easy to remove when required.
