WEDO4-Hole Pocket Punch - Black

Great when traveling and it works well, but obviously does not perform multi-sheet punching or document registration as well as a full office multi-hole punch. I take this with me when I am out of my office but need a multi-hole punch that does not take much room in my travel case.

I was looking for a 4-hole punch which wasn't bulky and could easily be stored with the folder rather than having to keep hunting for a larger punch in, on or somewhere near to where my work area is and used on the go when needed. It's like a piano hinge in design with 4 cutting discs fixed to the base with parallel holes in the other half.The lid to keep the waste circles in, is a waste of time though, it keeps falling off regardless; it needs to be slightly deeper and would probably benefit from being magnetic rather than flexible plastic.I use this 4-hole punch for making holes in the end of A3 paper size laminated cut-out templates, so that I can store them in an 'A3 binder'; the ECO A3 4-ring landscape binder, is ideal for this purpose and I keep this hole punch in the front.I'm using 160micron (2x80 micron) laminating sheets and 120micron A3 presentation white paper and individually punching a single A3 paper sheet that has been laminated and it's working fine. Just a simple hard push and the blades are cutting a neat round hole where I want them.

This is so sturdy and well made. Fits perfectly in my folder and makes life so much easier for me. Makes my bag much lighter too as I don't now need to carry a large hole punch around me. Worth every penny!

I realise it is just a hole punch, but I do travel a lot and often struggle to find sites with 4 hole punch available. This item is compact and easy to put in a laptop case. An added bonus was the ruler included in the design. Great quality and solved a problem

This product is very useful to leave in a binder and is the only decent hole punch that is able to fit inside one and actually works. However, after a few months of use the metal hinge started to bend and the 'hole cutter' has become dull - this made it very hard to punch holes in the paper. So it's a good product but has durability issues

The principle of a hole punch that fits in a binder is great, but this one is very stiff to use, gets stuck closed, rips the paper, and the cut pieces get stuck inside.For the price, I wasn't expecting multi-page cutting, or perfect alignment, or perfect holes, but this is poor design or build. It seems to catch because the cutting stumps are straight, but the holes to fit over them move in an arc that doesn't line up quite right. It's not worth the hassle of returning, but I'd suggest trying a different one

The four holes it punches are equally spaced at 80/80/80, whilst the A5 organiser rings are spaced at 45/65/45I feel a little bit misled into making this purchase especially after I went into so much detail as to what I wanted to achieve. To my mind it doesn't make sense that you sell an item (the organiser) and not the proper punch that enables me to use it. There are many reports of people who, having bought the organiser, are having difficulty in finding the proper punch or paying astronomical prices for adjustable hole punches at much more than the cost of the organiser. We have one file supplied by a consultancy which requires a 4-hole punch. This is perfect for infrequent use and stores within the file.
