Wonderful dreaming herb
I’ve never had mugwort tea before, but have read a lot about it’s purported properties to enhance dreaming (my main interest in it). In fact, from what I can gather, it’s perhaps the most widely acknowledged herb for this purpose. I dream prolifically anyway, and this seems to enhance it even further so I’m happy with my purchase. I intend to use it intermittently with herbs such as valerian and the essential amino acid L-Trytophan (which similarly work well) so it’ll likely last me at least a reasonable amount of time. I would perhaps opt for a larger packet with additional savings if available, but failing that, for what I paid for it and want it for, the 50g packet is fine. Also, because it’s pure, and Indigo Herbs are well established in the UK I’ll probably buy from them again.Taste-wise, the tea has a sort of woody, earthy texture to it but is still pleasant. The recommendation for brewing is to leave it seeping for five to fifteen minutes.

Prevents nightmares & helps lucid dreams
This stuff is fantastic, I sometimes drink it as tea and other times I smoke it with tobacco. Every time I have it before bed, I am guaranteed to end up lucid dreaming, but what’s even better about it is that it promotes happy dreams as oppose to nightmares. Truly amazing herb, I feel as though it gives a layer of spiritual protection before sleep.

Didnt work for dreaming helped with acid reflux
Got this as i heard it helped with lucid dreaming and memory recall i would consider myself deep in spiritual practice and wanted to remember the messages i was recieving ! I honestly didnt feel anything of benefit and every morning i woke after my sleep i was extremely tired so much so that i stopped drinking it. trief to smoke it several times as you can fo that with this brand as they give you actual herb not just stems. Also to no avail. Beautiful taste like calmomile . Not for me unfortunately.. although my husband felt it helped with his acid reflux !

Excellent quality
Have already placed another delivery for this lovely tea; it has a very pleasant flavour and has definitely improved my sleep. I make an infusion of mugwort and Passion flower tea in the evening and it's very effective.

Appears to do the trick
My fitbit sleep tracker shows me this helps with REM\deep sleep. I certainly had some vivid dreams. How long the effect will last before I become immune to it I don't know. I like the earthy flavour too as a bedtime drink. Will be buying again.

Artemisia
Initially I didn't give a favourable review bcs, I expected it to have retained the same Aroma when it's fresh. But until then, if not expecting it to be as good or as vibrant as the fresh Artemisia, than it's ok. It's not as bad as my first impression, and I'm trying to be fair.

Great product
Transaction went fine. This tea is fantastically relaxing. A stress buster. Best not make it too strong though cos the flavour is a quite intense.

Did nothing for my periods
Was supposed to help with my menstral cycle but did zero. Taste is good but very expensive just for a cup of tea
