I love that these excercise balls come in a nice, neat bag for storage. They are colorful and feel good in my hand.

Good product. I have used these before, but my dog chewed them up. My grip improved using this product.The different firmness of each ball made it easy to slowly build my grip. This size of the balls was good for me, but may be small for those with larger hands.

Loved that these are both soft and firm so very kind to hands and feet but also very effective in massaging them. i know they are supposed to be graded in firmness so you can gradually use firmer ones but so far I have not detected the differences and have been using them interchangably. If you are interested, there are great videos on line demonstrating MELT techniques for massaging hands and feet that work very well with these balls, perhaps even better than the official MELT ball and at a much better price!

I purchased this set to make my hands a little less stiff. The set says it has progressively stronger balls to move up as your hands get better. I found that there was very little or no difference between any of them. I feel like it was a waste of money.
